Troubleshooting

Make sure you're signed into the ReactionBot website using the same Discord account that purchased the subscription.

After your purchase is complete, run the /premium command inside the Discord server you want to upgrade.

If the website reports that no subscription was found, verify that you completed your Stripe checkout successfully.

If you have multiple Discord accounts, ensure you're logged into the correct one before checking your subscription status.

Some Premium features require the server to be activated using the /premium command before they become available.

If you've recently activated Premium, allow a few moments for the server status to update before trying again.

Confirm that ReactionBot is installed in your server and that you have permission to use application commands.

If the command does not appear, Discord may still be updating your server's slash commands. This usually resolves automatically after a short time.

Refresh the Manage Subscription page after logging in again with Discord.

If your Stripe payment was recently completed, it may take a short time for your account status to synchronize.

Canceling your subscription does not immediately remove Premium access.

Your server will continue to have Premium until the end of your current billing period.
