ReactionBot Documentation
Event Manager
Monitor, edit, and manage all of your ReactionBot events from a single dashboard.
The Event Manager displays every event created for your server, allowing administrators to monitor activity, view participant counts, edit upcoming events, and remove completed events. It provides a live overview of every event's current status.
Viewing Your Events
Every saved event appears in the Event Manager. Events are automatically organized by status so active events appear first, followed by armed, queued, and completed events.
Each event card displays important information including its name, event type, duration, participant count, start mode, and current status.
Event Statuses
ReactionBot automatically updates each event as it progresses through its lifecycle.
Common statuses include Live, Armed, Queued, and Ended, making it easy to identify which events require attention.
Editing Events
Upcoming events can be edited directly from the Event Manager without creating a new event.
You can update settings such as the event name, channel, emoji, duration, trigger message, scheduled launch time, and end action before the event begins.
Deleting Events
Events that are no longer needed can be removed from the Event Manager.
Completed events can be safely deleted, while live events remain protected until they have finished running.
Participant Tracking
Each event displays the current number of participants that have successfully joined.
This allows administrators to quickly monitor community engagement without opening Discord or manually counting reactions.
Live Timers
Active and scheduled events display live timing information, including how much time remains until an event starts or ends.
These timers update automatically, giving administrators an accurate overview of event progress.
Things to Know
Editing an event only affects future activity. Once an event has completed, its settings can no longer influence participant entries or countdowns.
Regularly reviewing the Event Manager helps keep your server organized by removing old events and monitoring upcoming activities.
