Managing Your Subscription

Premium subscriptions are purchased through the ReactionBot website using our secure Stripe checkout.

After your purchase is complete, your subscription is automatically linked to the Discord account used during checkout.

After signing in to the ReactionBot website with Discord, visit the Manage Subscription page to view your account information.

This page displays your Premium status, Stripe subscription status, renewal information, and activation instructions.

Once your subscription is active, run the /premium command in the Discord server you want to upgrade.

ReactionBot will verify your subscription and activate Premium for your server automatically.

Active subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancellation has been requested.

Your next renewal date is displayed on the Manage Subscription page so you always know when your subscription renews.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page.

After cancellation, your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your subscription expires automatically.

ReactionBot displays your current Stripe subscription status, making it easy to identify whether your subscription is Active, Canceled, Past Due, Incomplete, or Expired.

If your subscription cannot be verified, the page will also notify you so you can resolve the issue.
