1. Refund Policy

Because ReactionBot is a digital product and premium access is delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been issued, redeemed, activated, or otherwise used. Please review the listed features and pricing carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a billing issue, technical problem, or purchase-related mistake, you can contact our support server for assistance. Any exceptions to the refund policy are handled at our discretion unless a refund is required by law.

2. Subscription Terms

Premium access is provided for the duration of the active billing period associated with your purchase or subscription. If you cancel, your premium features will generally remain available until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Failure to renew, unsuccessful payment processing, chargebacks, or violation of service terms may result in premium access being limited or removed.

3. License Usage

License keys, premium redemptions, and related access methods are intended only for their authorized use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a license is tied to its intended server, account, or usage model. Sharing, reselling, copying, redistributing, or abusing license access is not permitted.

Any attempt to bypass the intended premium system or use premium access in a fraudulent or unauthorized way may result in deactivation without refund.

Support for ReactionBot is primarily provided through the official Discord support server. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times can vary depending on demand, issue complexity, and availability.

Support is offered on a reasonable-effort basis and does not guarantee instant responses, uninterrupted help, or custom development unless specifically agreed otherwise.

5. Service Changes

ReactionBot may be updated, improved, expanded, or restructured over time. This includes command updates, premium feature adjustments, dashboard changes, UX improvements, and policy updates. We reserve the right to modify the service as needed to improve reliability, security, or usability.
