By adding, accessing, or using ReactionBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the bot or any related premium services.
1. Service Overview
ReactionBot is a Discord bot designed to help server owners and moderators manage emoji reactions, reduce reaction spam, and customize how reactions are allowed in their communities. Features may include both free and premium tools, and the service may change over time as the bot is updated and improved.
2. Eligibility and Use
You may only use ReactionBot in accordance with applicable laws, Discord’s Terms of Service, and Discord’s Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the bot in your server follows Discord’s rules and does not violate the rights of others.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how ReactionBot is configured and used in your Discord server. This includes any moderation decisions, blocked reactions, allow-only settings, reaction limits, and premium features enabled through your server. Misuse of the bot, including attempts to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the service, is not permitted.
4. Premium Access
Some ReactionBot features are only available through premium access. Premium benefits may require a valid purchase, subscription, license key, or redemption system, depending on how premium access is offered. Premium access is granted only for the intended use and may not be shared, resold, copied, transferred without permission, or abused in a way that bypasses the intended licensing system.
5. Availability
ReactionBot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable effort may be made to keep the bot functional and reliable, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, improved, temporarily limited, or removed at any time.
6. Suspension and Termination
Access to ReactionBot may be suspended or terminated at any time for abuse, misuse, attempts to exploit the service, violation of these terms, violation of Discord policies, or behavior that harms the bot, its systems, or other users. Premium access may also be revoked if it was obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
7. Payments and Refunds
If ReactionBot offers paid products or premium services, all payments are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are final. Refunds may be offered at discretion or when required by law. Abuse of refund systems or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in loss of premium access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReactionBot and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, server issues, moderation mistakes, or other damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to the Service
ReactionBot may be updated, expanded, restructured, or changed over time. This includes command updates, premium feature changes, dashboard changes, and general improvements to usability or moderation tools. Continued use of the service after such changes means you accept the updated version of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When updates are made, the latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of ReactionBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
